Software Product Manager——CONOW

Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Software Product Manager to lead the design and evolution of our energy software ecosystem. You will define the product strategy, translate complex technical requirements into executable plans, and collaborate closely with hardware, AI, IoT, and cloud engineering teams to deliver integrated, high-performance energy solutions. This role requires deep industry insight, strong technical understanding, and the ability to drive product excellence in a fast-evolving clean-tech landscape. Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end planning and design of energy software products, including product roadmaps, requirement documents, prototypes, and user experience flows. Break down software requirements into clear technical implementation paths, partnering with hardware, firmware, and software engineering teams to deliver robust, scalable solutions. Support pre-sales engagements for key customers by analyzing pain points, understanding critical needs, and shaping tailored solution proposals. Monitor user feedback, product performance, and operational data post-launch, driving continuous iteration and experience optimization. Conduct regular domestic and international market research, track emerging technologies and policy trends, and build forward-looking product strategies. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above, with 5+ years of experience in the renewable energy or related technology industries. Strong understanding of AI, IoT architecture, and cloud platforms, with hands-on experience delivering EMS (Energy Management System) solutions. Familiarity with distributed energy scenarios such as balcony PV/micro-storage systems and residential ESS applications. Strong market and industry awareness; knowledgeable about dynamic electricity pricing, VPP (Virtual Power Plant), and evolving global energy trends. Excellent practical problem-solving skills, capable of supporting customers in diagnostics, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis. Strong English communication skills; able to communicate independently and professionally with overseas clients.
