Customer Success Manager - Thai

Job Description Independently take charge of the project and the client, incl. the planning, organizing, executing and monitoring of the project during its whole life cycle; Follow the team to successfully deliver large-scale system projects according to the project scope and plan, incl. account management (managing SLAs, invoices, financial planning), requirements management, product development, environment operation, and maintenance, etc. Maintain good communication with clients and partners so as to improve customer satisfaction; Effective lead and coordinate internal teams incl. BA, architecture, development, operations, and maintenance; create a team spirit atmosphere and solve internal problems; Optimize resources and control costs. Requirement University graduate with ideally 3 or more years’ relevant experience in project management and 5 or more years’ relevant experience in software or internet industry; Awareness of software lifecycle and development process; Excellence in communication, coordination, and problem-solving; able to withstand pressure; equipped with a high sense of responsibility, strong communication and coordination ability, team spirit, and leadership Languages: English and Mandarin at the business level Previous experience in the insurance industry is an advantage.
