(Senior) Relationship Manager, Business Client Coverage

Responsibilities: • Manage and cultivate relationships with non-borrowing clients while delivering high-quality customer service. • Understand clients' needs and propose tailored banking solutions and services. • Drive the acquisition of deposits and generate non-interest income to achieve the bank's strategic goals. • Conduct comprehensive annual Customer Due Diligence (CDD) reviews for existing clients, ensuring KYC information is current and accurate. • Acquire and onboard high-quality clients to enhance the bank’s portfolio. • Contribute to team strategy development and implementation to drive business growth. Requirements: • 7+ years of experience as a Relationship Manager within a banking environment. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships. • Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to work independently. • Proven experience in conducting CDD reviews, with a solid understanding of KYC and AML regulations. • Demonstrated success in acquiring deposits and generating non-interest income. • Knowledge of web3 companies and blockchain-related businesses is a plus.
