Fund Dealing & Settlement Officer (AA Investment Management)

Key Responsibilities Daily Fund Operations Process trade instructions including subscription, redemption, switching and dividend-related transactions. Coordinate with multiple upper stream brokers, custodians, fund administrators, and counterparties to ensure accurate and timely settlement. Monitor trade status, resolve breaks/exceptions, and follow up on outstanding items. Operational Support Maintain accurate records of transactions and operational logs. Prepare daily operational checklists, reports and reconciliation files. Assist in monitoring cash movements and settlement positions. Support periodic reviews, audits and enhancements to operational workflows. Compliance & Risk Ensure operational tasks comply with internal policies and SFC regulatory requirements. Assist in maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs) and strengthening internal controls. Support operations for licensed activities under Type 1 / 4 / 9 when required. Requirements Academic Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, or other relevant disciplines. Experience 1–2 years of relevant experience in fund distributions, operations, investment operations, fund administration, or middle office, preferably SFC-Authorized Funds. Candidates with more relevant experience may be considered for the Manager role. Skills & Competencies Knowledge of fund transaction flow (subscription/redemption/settlement). Good understanding of financial products, especially mutual funds. Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and communication skills. Proficiency in Excel and operational systems. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines. Licensing Requirements Candidate should meet the academic and competence requirements to qualify for registration as a licensed representative under: SFC Type 1 – Dealing in Securities SFC Type 4 – Advising on Securities
