Product Development Manager, Wealth Management

Main Responsibilities Lead business development initiatives for the launch of new wealth management products. Prepare comprehensive business requirements and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory standards for upcoming products. Develop and implement policies and procedures related to new product offerings. Collaborate closely with the IT development team to facilitate the seamless integration of new products into the digital banking platform. Review functional specifications and system design to ensure the system is well-designed and in line with business requirements. Perform system testing before launch. Partner with the second line of defense to ensure that all new initiatives adhere to risk management and compliance requirements. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful product launches. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in wealth management or financial services. Proven track record of executing wealth management projects efficiently and effectively. Strong understanding of a wide range of investment products and services. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on results.
