Keemart Area Manager

1. Responsible for the day-to-day operational management of multiple stores within the Riyadh region, including goods receipt and dispatch, and warehouse management. 2. Ensures timely delivery of merchandise to multiple regional stores, coordinates interdepartmental collaboration to enhance fulfilment efficiency. 3. Oversees recruitment, training, and management of personnel across multiple regional stores; guides team members, develops work plans and procedures to improve team performance. 4. Oversee warehouse management across multiple regional outlets, encompassing goods inbound/outbound processing, inventory control, and stock loss mitigation. 5. Analyse and resolve operational issues arising within regional logistics to guarantee seamless supply chain execution. 【任职要求】 1. Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Logistics Management or Retail Operations Management. 2. Minimum 3 years' experience in logistics operations and retail store management; candidates with team management experience preferred. 3. Thorough understanding of logistics operational procedures and relevant regulations, with strong problem-solving capabilities. 4. Excellent communication skills and teamwork ethos, with the ability to effectively coordinate interdepartmental collaboration. 5. Strong resilience and adaptability, maintaining a positive work attitude in high-pressure environments. 6. English as the primary working language.
