Key Account Manager

1. Brand Acquisition & Operations Take full responsibility for the acquisition, onboarding, and ongoing operations of chain restaurant brands. Conduct market research and establish relationships with target clients in new markets, and manage the entire brand integration process from onboarding to day-to-day operations. Own key performance indicators—including foundational business metrics and growth results—and drive deep collaboration between brands and the platform across brand marketing, promotional strategies, and joint campaigns. Ensure effective execution of the company’s sales strategies and achievement of performance targets. 2. Industry Insight & Analysis Develop comprehensive insights into the business status and strategic needs of each brand based on industry characteristics and operational models. Utilize data-driven analysis to design professional and actionable food delivery growth solutions, and lead their implementation to improve operational efficiency and online performance. 3. Cross-Functional Collaboration Establish efficient collaboration mechanisms with internal cross-functional teams. Act as the key liaison between brands and the platform, coordinating resources across delivery, product, operations, and marketing teams. Ensure high-quality project execution and continuously optimize coordination efficiency and operational outcomes. 4. Market Intelligence & Feedback Proactively gather frontline market intelligence and provide actionable strategic insights. This includes industry trends, user feedback, competitive dynamics, and local market movements. Deliver valuable recommendations to support company decision-making and drive continuous business optimization. 【任职要求】 1、Demonstrates strong business negotiation and market development capabilities, maintains clear goal orientation, has keen insight into user needs, and is willing to take on challenges. 2、Possesses solid data analysis skills, is proficient in using office software, and has practical experience in analyzing and presenting data through charts and visual tools. 3、Has experience in food delivery operations or internet operations, understands basic operational logic, learns quickly, and can grow rapidly in real business scenarios. 4、Shows integrity, reliability, and professionalism, with strong stress tolerance, high work enthusiasm, and excellent team spirit. 5、Able to use English and Portuguese proficiently as daily working languages.
