1. Monitor overall core data, and analyze and identify key operation issues, and drive solutions through product or operational strategy measures. 2. Establishing a viable target logic that considers platform demands and business strategies to guide operations in adjusting capacity strategies across different scenarios 3. Conduct rapid and in-depth analysis on critical issues of business indicators, propose solutions, take the lead in driving strategy implementation, and track improvement outcomes 【任职要求】 1. Bachelor's degree or above. 2. Work experience in the internet/logistics/O2O (online-to-offline) industry. Experience with logistics operation, analysis, strategy, data or in food delivery companies is preferred. 3. Results-oriented, data-driven, with strong communication and resource integration capabilities. 4. Strong data analysis skills, with proficiency in using various data analysis tools. 5. Proficiency in English.
