Partner Management Manager

Job Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for daily communication and relationship maintenance with local logistics partners in Kuwait City to ensure smooth cooperation. 2. Coordinate and optimize logistics operations to improve overall operational efficiency and service quality. 3. Monitor partner performance and regularly evaluate and drive improvement measures. 4. Assist in formulating and executing logistics cooperation strategies to support the company's business development goals. 5. Deal with abnormal problems in the process of cooperation and coordinate and solve them in a timely manner. 【任职要求】 1. College degree, logistics, supply chain or related major is preferred. 2. More than 5 years of work experience in logistics or logistics operations. 3. Familiar with the logistics market and operation mode in the Middle East, local experience in Kuwait is preferred. 4. Have good communication and coordination skills and cross-departmental collaboration skills. 5. Fluent in English, Arabic proficiency is preferred.
