Compliance & Contract Management

1. Responsible for the drafting, revision, review, and lifecycle management of contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance. 2. Establish and refine compliance review mechanisms, regularly assess operational risks, and generate compliance reports. 3. Serve as a bridge between business operations and the Legal/Compliance department to coordinate and resolve issues related to contract signing and compliance. 4. Optimize contract management processes to improve operational efficiency, ensuring a balance between business compliance and operational effectiveness. 【任职要求】 1. Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Law, Finance, or Business Administration. 2. Experience in contract management, compliance review, or related operations; familiarity with management models is a plus. 3. Sharp risk identification skills, meticulous attention to detail, and clear logical thinking. 4. Excellent cross-functional communication skills and ability to work under pressure, capable of driving process implementation efficiently.
