1. 负责Bakery&RTE类商品的采购和研发策略制定与执行，确保供应链高效稳定。 2. 管理供应商关系，进行供应商开发、评估与绩效优化。 3. 监控市场动态与价格趋势，控制采购成本并提升采购效益。 4. 协调内部需求与外部供应，保障商品及时交付与库存合理。 5. 推动采购流程优化与合规管理，提升团队专业能力。 1. Develop and implement procurement and R&D strategies for Bakery & RTE products to ensure an efficient and stable supply chain. 2. Manage supplier relationships, including supplier development, evaluation, and performance optimization. 3. Monitor market dynamics and price trends to control procurement costs and enhance procurement efficiency. 4. Coordinate internal demand with external supply to ensure timely product delivery and optimal inventory levels. 5. Drive procurement process optimization and compliance management to enhance the team’s professional capabilities. 【任职要求】 1. 大学本科及以上学历，供应链管理、采购管理或相关专业优先。 2. 至少5年商品采购或供应链管理相关工作经验，有Bakery&RTE品类经验者更佳。 3. 熟悉采购流程、供应商管理及成本控制方法。 4. 具备良好的数据分析能力与谈判技巧。 5. 英语流利，能在国际化环境中高效沟通。
