1. Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for coffee operations, focusing on brewing techniques, equipment handling, and customer service standards. 2. Develop training materials, including manuals, videos, and e-learning modules, tailored to different skill levels and operational needs. 3. Conduct regular on-site training sessions and workshops across stores in Riyadh to ensure consistent coffee quality and service delivery. 4. Assess training effectiveness through evaluations, feedback, and performance metrics, and continuously improve training content and methods. 5. Collaborate with store managers and regional teams to identify skill gaps and implement targeted development initiatives. 【任职要求】 1. Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Education, or a related field. 2. Minimum 5 years of experience in coffee operations or food and beverage training, with a strong background in specialty coffee. 3. Proven experience in designing and facilitating training programs in a retail or hospitality environment. 4. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in English; Arabic is a plus. 5. Willingness to travel within Riyadh and adapt training delivery to diverse learning styles.
