Senior Legal Counsel (Saudi Arabia)

Job Description: We are seeking a qualified and experienced Legal Counsel to join our legal team in Saudi Arabia. This role will primarily support various business lines on corporate, advisory, contract, and dispute resolution matters. Key Responsibilities: 1. Conduct legal research and provide comprehensive legal advice and support on transactions and commercial matters; identify and assess legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. 2. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents. 3. Work closely with senior management and business units to ensure legal requirements are met. 4. Support the business units to communicate with relevant authorities, associations and other external stakeholders, to maintain a business friendly regulatory environment 5. Handle dispute matters, including civil, commercial, administrative, labor litigation and arbitration, and other ADR proceedings. Develop litigation strategies. Represent the company in legal proceedings and negotiations. 6. Stay up-to-date with changes in the legal landscape and industry trends. 7. Develop an adequate and high-quality resource pool of external law firms, and maintain strong relationships with external legal advisors and partners. 【任职要求】 Qualifications: 1. A bachelor degree of law. 2. Qualified lawyer in Saudi Arabia. 3. Minimum 7 years of relevant experience of relevant work experience, among which at least 5 years in Saudi Arabia. 4. Native Arabic speaker, with fluent English proficiency (both written and spoken) as a working language 5. Excellent knowledge of corporate law, contract law, and commercial law. 6. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 8. Proven track record of managing complex legal projects and deadlines.
