Maintenance Manager

1. Engineering Equipment Maintenance Management: Responsible for overseeing regional engineering equipment maintenance operations, monitoring and enhancing the quality and efficiency of maintenance work within the area to ensure timely delivery, quality standards and cost control are met; 2. Maintenance Process Standards: Establish and refine maintenance procedures and operational standards for engineering equipment, encompassing daily operations, repairs, servicing, inspection management and other aspects to safeguard business continuity; 3. Maintenance Supplier Management: Establish supplier maintenance management mechanisms, encompassing supplier tendering, assessment, incentives, allocation, and replacement; 4. Incident Response: Manage engineering equipment work orders during store operations, track progress, quality and cost. Demonstrate proficiency in specialist disciplines (plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, etc.), develop contingency plans, and lead relevant personnel to swiftly resolve unexpected equipment failures; 5. Energy Consumption Management: Oversee energy usage of engineering equipment across stores within the region, implement energy-saving measures, and achieve store-level energy reduction targets. 【任职要求】 1.大学专科及以上学历，机电工程专业优先，具备电工证件； 2. 5年以上零售、冷链、制冷设备或相关行业工程设备维护工作经历，具备维保人员管理经验； 3. 具备良好的沟通和协调能力，能够与不同部门和候选人进行有效沟通和协调； 4.工作积极主动、严谨，执行力强，具有强烈目标达成意识； 5 .学习能力和协作能力强，思维缜密，接受新事物能力强，能在短时间内迅速了解行业特点.
