Creative Design Team Lead - Brazil

Team Leadership: Manage and inspire the local Brazil creative design team, handling daily operations, performance reviews, and talent development. Business Support: Partner closely with local Marketing and Operations teams to efficiently deliver daily campaigns, local mega-promotions, merchant materials, and delivery equipment designs. Tech Implementation: Proactively embrace and scale AI-driven workflows and automation tools locally, maximizing the utilization of standardized middle-platform assets to continuously optimize production ROI. Cross-Border Collaboration: Align regularly with HQ design engines to synchronize brand standards and technical roadmaps, achieving proactive local empowerment. 【任职要求】 Experience: 7+ years of experience in creative/visual design, with 2+ years in a team leadership role. Experience in mega-promotions, instant delivery, e-commerce, or local-life service platforms is highly preferred. Language: Native Portuguese speaker with professional working proficiency in English for smooth and fluent cross-border alignment. Creative Excellence: Deep understanding of the LatAm mass market, with a portfolio showcasing authentic styles that resonate with local daily life while driving high business conversion and artistic appeal. Tools & Tech: Proficient in UI and Creative design tools. Hands-on experience integrating AIGC tools，into workflows, coupled with a strong mindset for standardized Design Systems.
