Account Manager (Grocery)

1. Industry Knowledge & Localization Deep understanding of Kuwait and GCC retail landscape, including market structure, key players, consumer behavior, and supply chain dynamics; able to quickly identify category entry priorities and brand opportunities. 2. Category Strategy & Operations Develop category growth strategies including supply mapping, competitive analysis, subsidy efficiency optimization, and target breakdown to drive category business growth. 3. Account Management & New Acquisition Lead full-cycle business development for all target merchants within the category (chain brands/groups, regional chains, local independent stores), from lead sourcing to contract signing, including C-level commercial negotiations. 4. Account Operations & Relationship Management Manage post-signing daily operations and tiered account management; build and maintain long-term strategic partnerships with top brands to create supply-side competitive barriers. 5. Data Analysis & Decision Support Leverage analytics tools to diagnose operational anomalies, run P&L analysis for merchants, and deliver actionable solutions informed by market and competitive intelligence. 6. Project Management & Cross-functional Collaboration Serve as category owner, driving alignment across Product, Business Intelligence, Delivery, Operations, Legal, and Finance to ensure category initiatives are delivered end-to-end. 【任职要求】 1. Experience in Middle East/GCC markets or 0-to-1 new market expansion is preferred
