负责搭建并持续优化闪购业务的品类体系、商品标准和上线治理机制。 Build and continuously improve the category structure, product standards and onboarding governance framework. 明确品类定义、商品属性、信息规范及不同市场的适用规则。 Define category standards, product attributes, information requirements and market-specific guidelines. 设计从资料准备、审核、配置到上线的标准流程、检查清单和质量要求。 Design standardized processes, checklists and quality requirements covering preparation, review, setup and launch. 推动不同接入模式及重点品类、商户的试点上线，沉淀可复制的SOP。 Drive pilot launches for different integration models, priority categories and merchants, and develop scalable SOPs. 协同业务、产品、技术、数据及区域团队，推动方案落地。 Work with business, Product, Engineering, Data and regional teams to drive implementation. 跟踪上线过程中的问题，识别返工和效率损失并推动闭环解决。 Track onboarding issues, identify rework and efficiency gaps, and drive them to resolution. 【任职要求】 具备电商、零售、即时零售、本地生活或平台型业务经验。 Experience in e-commerce, retail, quick commerce, local services or platform-based businesses. 具备品类运营、商品运营、商户运营、流程设计或业务治理经验。 Experience in category operations, product operations, merchant operations, process design or business governance. 能将模糊问题转化为清晰的规则、标准和执行流程。 Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into clear rules, standards and execution processes. 具备较强的结构化思考、数据分析、项目管理和跨团队推动能力。 Strong structured thinking, analytical, project management and cross-functional execution skills. 能够使用英文进行跨区域沟通和文档输出。 Proficiency in English for cross-regional communication and documentation.
