Product Operations

深入理解业务流程和用户需求，负责系统需求的收集、分析、整理和优先级管理； 识别重复性高、人工投入大或易出错的工作，推动流程系统化、自动化和批量化； 梳理业务流程，输出需求文档、流程图、功能说明和验收标准； 协同产品、技术、数据及业务团队，跟进需求评审、开发、测试和上线； 组织UAT、试点、培训和推广，跟踪系统使用情况及上线效果； 基于用户反馈和数据分析，持续推动系统和流程优化。 Understand business processes and user needs, and manage the collection, analysis and prioritization of system requirements; Identify repetitive, labor-intensive or error-prone activities and drive systemization, automation and batch processing; Map business processes and prepare requirement documents, process flows, functional specifications and acceptance criteria; Work with Product, Engineering, Data and business teams to manage requirement reviews, development, testing and launches; Organize UAT, pilots, training and rollout, and track system adoption and post-launch impact; Use user feedback and data insights to continuously improve systems and processes. 【任职要求】 具备3年以上的产品运营、流程优化、业务分析、系统运营或项目管理经验； 能够独立完成需求分析，并将业务问题转化为清晰、可落地的系统方案； 具备较强的结构化思考、跨团队沟通和项目推动能力； 具备数据意识，能够发现问题并评估优化效果； 中文和英语流利，可作为工作语言，能够完成跨团队沟通和文档撰写。 3 years experience in product operations, process improvement, business analysis, system operations or project management; Ability to independently analyze requirements and translate business problems into clear and practical system solutions; Strong structured thinking, cross-functional communication and project execution skills; Data-driven mindset with the ability to identify issues and evaluate improvement results; Fluent in Chinese and English, with both languages usable for daily communication and documentation.
