ASEAN FI Head

Key Responsibility​ ● Bear ultimate responsibility for the company's overall business performance, P&L, and operations. Lead the formulation, communication, and execution of the company's growth strategy to achieve ambitious market and financial objectives. Direct and oversee all business and functional units to ensure effective implementation of the strategy and operational excellence. ● Personally lead and drive the establishment and cultivation of strategic partnerships with major banks, financial institutions, payment networks, and key commercial partners in Singapore and the broader ASEAN region. Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, strategic alliances, and potential mergers and acquisitions to accelerate growth and expand the company’s regional footprint. ● Exercise oversight of the company's financial performance, capital allocation, budgeting, and long-term financial health. Ensure financial stability while supporting strategic investments and growth initiatives to maximize value. ● Champion a culture of innovation and lead the company's digital transformation. Supervise the development and execution of technology and product roadmaps to ensure a superior customer experience and build a sustainable competitive advantage. 【任职要求】 Qualifications & Experience​ Essential​ ○ Permanent Resident. ○ Minimum 6 years of leadership experience in financial services, with at least 3 years in senior management roles within payments, fintech, or digital banking. ○ Proven track record of managing a regulated financial institution in Singapore, preferably under MAS oversight. ○ Deep understanding of the Payment Services Act, MPI licensing requirements, and MAS expectations for directors and CEOs. ○ Strong background in risk management, compliance, and corporate governance. ○ Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and strategic decision-making skills.Preferred​ ○ Prior experience as an approved Director or CEO for an M
