腾讯投资-高级投资分析师/投资经理

1.Analyze investment opportunities in the AI sector by conducting industry research, company research, CEO interviews, expert interviews, data analysis, financial modeling, and valuation analysis. 2.Play a key role in the post-portfolio management process, including tracking financial and operational performance, conducting regular post-deal meetings with management, helping to process documentation and internal approval processes, and proposing actions to optimize value creation. 3.Support investment directors/associates in executing deals towards closing, including due diligence, term negotiation, and internal investment processes. 4.Support sector team initiatives such as hosting weekly meeting, portfolio review process. 1.通过进行行业/研究、创业者访谈、数据挖掘以及财务建模，分析/判断AI领域的投资机会； 2.在投资组合管理过程中发挥关键作用，包括跟踪财务和运营表现，定期与管理层举行投资后会议，协助处理文件和内部审批流程，并提出优化价值创造的行动方案； 3.支持投资总监/投资经理执行交易直至完成，包括尽职调查、条款谈判和内部投资流程； 4.支持行业组的各项运营工作，如小组周会主持以及季度投资公司复盘。 【任职要求】 1. 2 years of work experience required, Must have a STEM background and/or strong learning ability in technology. Experience in AI-related is preferred. 2.High level of self-drive, curiosity, teamwork, integrity, and ability for independent thinking. We need idea generators, not just note takers. 3.Well-trained financial analytical skills with good knowledge of accounting. 4.Bilingual proficiency in both English and Chinese. 5.Strong communication and negotiation skills. 1.2 年以上工作经验，需要理工科背景和/或极强对技术的学习能力，拥有AI相关工作经验的优先； 2.具备高度的自我驱动力、好奇心、团队合作精神、诚信和独立思考能力。我们需要的有洞察的观点，而不仅仅是执行者； 3.具备良好的财务分析技能和会计知识； 4.熟练掌握中英文双语； 5.具备较强的沟通和谈判能力；
