About the Team The Global Content Operations team at Xiaohongshu (RED) is on a mission to help great content travel across languages and cultures. We work closely with product, recommendation, growth, and AI teams to understand what users around the world love to discover, watch, and share—and continuously improve the content experience for our global community. We're also exploring how AI can enhance content understanding, creation, and distribution at scale. If you're passionate about social media, global cultures, and AI, we'd love to hear from you. 关于团队 我们是小红书全球内容运营团队，致力于帮助优质内容跨越语言和文化，连接全球用户。 团队每天关注不同国家和地区用户的兴趣、内容消费习惯与文化趋势，与增长、推荐算法、产品及 AI 团队紧密合作，持续优化海外用户的内容体验。我们也积极探索 AI 在内容理解、生产和分发中的应用，希望让更多优质内容精准触达全球用户。 如果你热爱内容、关注不同文化、对 AI 充满好奇，欢迎加入我们，一起打造面向全球用户的内容生态。 What You'll Do - Identify content trends, cultural insights, and user interests across different countries and regions. - Curate and optimize content to improve the experience, growth, and engagement of overseas users. - Use AI tools and content annotation workflows to improve AI's understanding of different content topics. - Analyze data to uncover user insights and identify opportunities for content and product growth. - Partner closely with product, recommendation, growth, and AI teams to experiment, iterate, and improve the global content ecosystem. 工作职责 - 洞察不同国家和地区用户的内容偏好、文化趋势和兴趣变化。 - 筛选并优化海外内容供给，持续提升海外用户的内容体验、增长与活跃。 - 借助 AI 工具及内容标注，帮助提升 AI 对不同主题内容的理解能力。 - 通过数据分析发现用户需求和内容机会，不断迭代内容运营策略。 - 与产品、推荐算法、增长等团队紧密合作，持续优化海外内容生态。 【任职要求】 Minimum Qualifications - Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree. - Strong English communication skills and conversational Chinese for day-to-day collaboration. - Passion for social media, content ecosystems, or global digital products. - Analytical mindset with the ability to identify problems and turn data into actionable insights. - Strong interest in AI and an active Xiaohongshu (RED) user. - Available to intern at least 4 days per week on site for 3 months or longer. 基本要求 - 本科及以上学历在读。 - 英语沟通能力良好，能够使用中文进行日常工作交流。 - 对内容运营、社交媒体或全球互联网产品充满兴趣。 - 具备数据分析意识，能够通过分析发现问题并提出解决方案。 - 对 AI 技术保持浓厚兴趣，是小红书活跃用户。 - 每周实习不少于 4 天，连续实习不少于 3 个月。 Preferred Qualifications - Overseas study, living experience, or other cross-cultural background. - Familiarity with the culture, digital trends, or content ecosystems of one or more overseas markets, such as the US, Europe, Southeast Asia, Japan, Korea, or Taiwan. - Proficiency in additional languages such as Japanese, Korean, Thai, Vietnamese or Indonesian. - Experience building or using AI applications, AI agents, prompt engineering projects, or workflow automation tools. 加分项 - 具备海外学习、生活或跨文化背景。 - 熟悉美国、欧洲、东南亚、日本、韩国、台湾等一个或多个海外市场的文化、内容生态或互联网趋势。 - 掌握日语、韩语、印尼语、越南语、泰语等语言。 - 有 AI 应用、AI Agent、Prompt Engineering、自动化工作流等相关项目或实践经验。
