Backend Software Engineer

1. Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable backend services supporting rednote's international business 2. Build and optimize distributed systems handling large-scale traffic and data 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, data, infrastructure) to deliver reliable and compliant solutions 4. Participate in architecture design, code reviews, and technical decision-making 5. Drive engineering excellence through best practices in testing, monitoring, and incident response 【任职要求】 1. Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field 2. 5+ years of backend software development experience 3. Proficiency in Go, Java, or similar backend programming languages 4. Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and high-concurrency design 5. Experience with relational and non-relational databases (MySQL, Redis, etc.) 6. Solid understanding of system design principles and ability to handle large-scale systems 7. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment 8. Good communication skills in English
