·Design and develop scalable solutions with integrations across multiple systems and services.

·Develop high-performance, low-latency, and highly reliable mission-critical applications.

·Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.

·Conduct code and test case reviews to ensure high-quality software.

·Improve software delivery and quality through process, tooling, and automation enhancements.

·Adopt and apply modern software development practices, technologies, and industry best practices.

任职要求

·Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

·Minimum 2 years of experience in software development.

·Strong interest in AI engineering with hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools and building AI-powered solutions.

·Experience in the finance, payments, or banking industry is preferred.

·Proficient in Java and at least one other programming language.

·Strong knowledge of relational databases, SQL, and ORM frameworks.

·Hands-on experience with Java frameworks such as Spring, JUnit, and web services technologies.

·Strong understanding of software engineering principles, system design, and best practices.

·Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.

·Proficient in both English and Mandarin, with the ability to communicate effectively in a bilingual environment.
