Ant International-AIDC Country Business Operations Lead-Malaysia

1、Lead and expand partnerships for the consumer Credit business across all operating markets in Southeast Asia, covering e-commerce platforms, ecosystem/scenario-based partners, and co-lending capital partners, fostering a robust and collaborative business ecosystem.

2、Take full ownership of country-specific business targets across Southeast Asia; manage day-to-day engagement with local scenario partners and coordinate tailored business solutions to address their needs.

3、Strengthen the compliance governance of local entities and licenses, including but not limited to participating in operating license applications and overseeing day-to-day corporate entity management.

4、Lead engagement and communications with local regulatory authorities across Southeast Asia—including routine business dialogues, inquiry handling, and relationship maintenance—to sustain a healthy regulatory ecosystem.

5、Build and develop country-level operations teams across Southeast Asia, driving the strategic planning, deployment, and execution of annual KPIs for each market.

任职要求

1、At least 3 years of overseas experience in the financial services/Fintech sector, with a strong understanding of the Southeast Asian financial ecosystem. Hands-on experience in the SEA lending/credit market, along with a track record in regulatory engagement and partner management, is strongly preferred.

2、English is the primary working language; professional fluency in both written and spoken English is required, with the ability to communicate fluently in spoken Mandarin.

3、Deep understanding of financial business logic and models, with proven capability in business development and managing diverse commercial relationships.

4、Proven team leadership experience with exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills.

5、Growth mindset and resilience, with an open attitude and a strong willingness to take on new challenges.
